WEST CHESTER, PA — Corner Exit, a grassroots motorsports organization, is reporting significant gains in participation, membership, and event attendance two years after adopting Track Rabbit’s event management platform. The partnership, once viewed as a risky departure from industry norms, has instead delivered sustained growth across every key metric.

Since the transition, Corner Exit has seen per-event attendance climb while expanding its racing calendar. Membership engagement has more than doubled, with participation per event rising from 20 percent to over 50 percent. Overall membership has also grown alongside higher event turnout.

“The numbers tell an incredible story of community engagement,” said Tori Drach, Operations Manager at Track Rabbit. “Corner Exit’s success demonstrates that when grassroots organizations have the right tools, their communities flourish.”

Owner Michael Eguina acknowledged initial concerns about switching platforms but credited the collaboration for surpassing expectations. “We took a calculated risk in partnering with Track Rabbit, knowing that change can be challenging for tight-knit racing communities,” Eguina said. “The results have exceeded our most optimistic projections. Our community hasn’t just adapted—they’ve thrived.”

Track Rabbit’s platform streamlines registration, enhances communication, and improves the participant experience while maintaining the sense of community central to grassroots racing. Founder David Atadan emphasized the platform’s marketing-driven approach as a key differentiator. “The right technology platform with a marketing-based business model strengthens community bonds and builds loyalty,” Atadan said.

The partnership has also highlighted the value of collaboration over transactional vendor relationships. Eguina noted that Track Rabbit worked closely with Corner Exit throughout the transition, tailoring solutions to its community’s specific needs. “Track Rabbit didn’t just sell us a platform and walk away,” he said. “They worked alongside us as true partners. That collaborative relationship has been instrumental in achieving these results.”

Corner Exit’s experience points to a potential model for grassroots organizations navigating modernization: leveraging technology without losing the culture of connection that defines their communities.
