WEST CHESTER, PA — Corinthian Vintage Auto Racing (CVAR) has completed its transition to Track Rabbit’s event registration and management platform, marking a major modernization effort for one of the country’s most respected vintage racing organizations.
After years of operating under a legacy system, CVAR initially hesitated to make the switch—an understandable response within a community that prizes tradition and consistency. But as the organization examined its long-term goals, leadership concluded that embracing modern technology was essential to sustaining operations and improving member experience.
“We’ll be honest—we were initially hesitant about making such a significant change,” said Steve Coleman of CVAR. “Our existing system had served us for years, and the thought of learning new technology and potentially disrupting our events was daunting. But as we looked toward the future, we realized we needed to make this move to ensure CVAR’s long-term success and growth.”
Track Rabbit, a West Chester-based motorsports technology company, provides registration, communication, and event management tools tailored for racing organizations. Its platform aims to streamline administrative work while improving engagement between clubs, members, and event participants.
“What ultimately convinced us was seeing Track Rabbit’s commitment to making the transition as smooth as possible,” Coleman continued. “They understood our concerns and worked with us every step of the way. Now that we’re on the other side of the transition, we can see this was absolutely the right decision.”
“We understand that established organizations like CVAR don’t make changes lightly, and we have tremendous respect for their thoughtful approach. Their initial caution was completely reasonable—change can be daunting, especially for organizations with loyal memberships and successful track records,” said Track Rabbit Founder Dave Atadan. “The transition process involved careful planning and extensive support to address CVAR’s concerns.”
“Now that CVAR has made the move, they’re experiencing the benefits of modern event management—streamlined registration, better communication tools, and more efficient operations,” added Atadan. “But more importantly, they’ve positioned themselves for sustainable growth and success in the years ahead.”
With CVAR now successfully operating on Track Rabbit’s platform, the organization has become the first vintage racing group to make this technological leap—potentially paving the way for other historic racing organizations facing similar decisions about their future operational needs.
“Looking back, our initial concerns were natural, but they were holding us back from taking the step we needed to take,” reflected Coleman. “Sometimes you have to overcome that fear of change to secure your organization’s future. We’re glad we made the leap.”
