Rosenberg & Parker Announces New Partners, Signals Next Phase of Growth

Rosenberg & Parker

WAYNE, PARosenberg & Parker, the world’s largest independent surety-only brokerage, has announced the addition of three new partners: Jack Rosenberg, President; Harry G. Rosenberg, Leader of the Financial Sponsors Practice; and James DiSciullo, Director of Advisory & Productions and Leader of the Energy Practice. The three join CEO Matt Rosenberg and Senior Partner Chad Rosenberg in ownership, marking a significant milestone for the firm’s leadership evolution.

“We are incredibly proud to have Jack, Harry, and James join us in partnership at Rosenberg & Parker,” said Matt Rosenberg. “We have experienced tremendous growth since they joined the firm. The vision we all have for the company’s future is compelling and we look forward to capitalizing on the opportunities ahead.”

Jack Rosenberg began his journey at Rosenberg & Parker in 2018 as a Producer after starting his career at Susquehanna International Group. By 2021, he had advanced to Director of Advisory & Production, where he led an expansion of the sales team and helped triple the firm’s revenue. In 2025, he was promoted to President, overseeing company growth strategy, corporate structure, and operational processes.

James DiSciullo joined the firm in 2019 from Exelon, where he managed the company’s collateral portfolio. Rising to Vice President and Energy Practice Leader in 2022, DiSciullo drove strong growth across renewables, solar, and oil & gas. Earlier this year, he was promoted to Director of Advisory & Production, overseeing the division’s continued expansion.

Harry G. Rosenberg came on board in 2021 from The Blackstone Group, where he worked on capital markets for private equity and energy. He quickly advanced to Vice President and Financial Sponsors Practice Leader in 2023, and has played a pivotal role in securing some of the firm’s largest bonds.

Chad Rosenberg emphasized the unique value each partner brings: “All of our partners bring unique perspectives, backgrounds, and experience to Rosenberg & Parker, and it has been incredible to work with them to leverage their expertise in their respective verticals.”

Jack Rosenberg reflected on the firm’s trajectory: “We’ve grown from around twenty employees when I started seven years ago to seventy-five today. It’s been an incredibly fun ride, but I firmly believe that we are just scratching the surface of our potential as a firm. We must be more conscious and intentional about preserving our identity as we continue to grow, but I am confident that we have the right core group in place to uphold our identity, protect our firm’s reputation and – most importantly – to continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.”

The new appointments highlight Rosenberg & Parker’s efforts to grow while staying true to its core values of expertise, service, and innovation in the surety space.
