WEST CHESTER, PA — Yamaha Champions Riding School is making a major digital leap heading into 2026, announcing it will adopt Track Rabbit’s motorsports-focused event management platform for all classes and programs next season. The move marks a significant operational upgrade for one of the nation’s most respected rider training organizations.
Beginning in January 2026, all Yamaha Champions events will transition to Track Rabbit’s system, which is engineered specifically for motorcycle and automotive track environments. The platform is designed to streamline registration, strengthen communication, and simplify logistical workflows for both staff and students.
Keith Culver, COO of Yamaha Champions Riding School, said the decision reflects the school’s long-standing emphasis on student experience. “We’re constantly looking for ways to improve our students’ experience, from the moment they register to the time they leave the track,” Culver said. He noted that Track Rabbit’s motorsports-specific approach offers tools that closely align with the demands of professional motorcycle instruction.
The shift was recommended by Matt Cooper of Legion Motorsports, who has been using Track Rabbit to host his own track days. Cooper said years of experience with competing systems made the choice clear. “Their platform has greatly advanced since we started using them,” he said. “It seemed like an opportune time for this partnership to come together, and I know it will benefit everyone involved.”
Track Rabbit’s suite of tools includes customizable registration flows, integrated waivers, real-time event updates, and advanced communication features tailored to track-based instruction. Co-founder David Atadan said the partnership reflects the company’s mission to build technology that understands the nuances of motorsports operations. “Partnering with an organization as respected as Yamaha Champions Riding School validates our mission,” Atadan said.
Implementation is already underway, according to Track Rabbit operations leader Tori Drach, who emphasized the collaborative nature of the transition. “We’ve built even more customized features to support their operations in a flexible way that other clients can also benefit from,” Drach said. “Our team is dedicated to ensuring this transition is smooth.”
The 2026 Yamaha Champions Riding School schedule is now live on Track Rabbit, and rising demand has already prompted the addition of two new training days. Students can expect clearer communication, faster registration, and more intuitive access to event information as the new system rolls out.
