EXTON, PA — Hankin Group has finalized over 17,000 square feet in new commercial leases at Eagleview, the 800-acre master-planned community in Chester County. The latest tenants—World Travel, Inc.; Trident Risk Advisors, LLC; The Mind Spark, Inc.; and Moore Psychological Services—will expand Eagleview’s diverse mix of commercial occupants.
World Travel, Inc., a leading global travel management company, signed on for 8,236 square feet at 505 Eagleview Boulevard. The LEED Gold and Energy Star certified building will house the firm’s new corporate headquarters, with 30 employees expected to move in this fall.
“We’re thrilled to be moving our corporate headquarters to a space that reflects our vision for the future – modern, collaborative, and connected,” said World Travel CEO Liz Mandarino. “This new location will empower our teams to thrive and grow in an environment built for innovation and success.”
Trident Risk Advisors has leased 2,543 square feet at 707 Eagleview Boulevard. The full-service risk management firm supports clients in industries ranging from construction to higher education. Their new office is located in another Energy Star-certified building on the Eagleview campus.
At 760 Constitution Drive, The Mind Spark, a STEM nonprofit and robotics lab, secured 3,805 square feet, while Moore Psychological Services signed for 2,429 square feet. The two organizations bring education and behavioral health services to the mix, further diversifying Eagleview’s tenant profile.
“With individually tailored tenant suites, 24/7 property management, best-in-class amenities, and easy access to the vibrant Eagleview Town Center, our class A offices are designed to help foster productivity, growth, and collaboration for businesses across verticals,” said Sam Sherrill, Hankin’s Commercial Sales and Leasing Director.
Eagleview now encompasses over 2.5 million square feet of commercial space, 50,000 square feet of retail, and more than 1,000 residences. The development is known for its walkable layout, integrated trails, and strong tenant mix that blends business, lifestyle, and community.
Hankin was represented internally by Sam Sherrill in all four deals. Third-party brokers included Scott McCabe of Zommick McMahon for World Travel and Chris Aitken of Cresa for Trident Risk Advisors.
