CCRES Leases Full Floor at Eagleview as Nonprofit Expands Regional Reach

Hankin Group

EXTON, PA — Hankin Group said Monday that CCRES has signed a full-floor lease for 15,001 square feet at 690 Stockton Drive, establishing a new headquarters at Eagleview to support the nonprofit’s expanding services for children and adults with special needs across southeastern Pennsylvania and beyond.

The move places CCRES inside a 45,000-square-foot, Class A office building within Eagleview, Hankin Group’s 800-acre mixed-use community in Chester County. The new space is expected to bolster collaboration and capacity as CCRES grows its staffing and support services for school districts, intermediate units, and behavioral health programs.

“We are proud to welcome CCRES to Eagleview and provide a workspace that supports their important mission,” said Sam Sherrill, Hankin Group’s director of commercial sales and leasing. He said the site’s wooded setting and proximity to Eagleview Town Center amenities create an environment designed to support collaboration and growth.

CCRES provides specialized staffing solutions for organizations serving individuals with autism, behavioral health challenges, mental illness, and intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Its services span Chester, Berks, Bucks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery, Perry, and Philadelphia counties, as well as the Wilmington, Delaware, area.

Matt Przywara, executive director of CCRES, said the Eagleview location marks a turning point for the organization as it broadens its geographic footprint across the Commonwealth.

“Eagleview will be a true gamechanger for CCRES,” Przywara said. “As we embark on a refreshed organizational journey and expand our geographical footprint across the Commonwealth, this new space gives our team the capacity to collaborate more effectively, grow our team, and most importantly, strengthen the support we provide to our community and educational partnerships.”

Eagleview includes more than 1,500 residences, 2.5 million square feet of office, flex, and lab space, 116,000 square feet of retail, and two three-star hotels, connected by sidewalks, jogging paths, and greenways designed to integrate residential, commercial, and retail uses.

The CCRES lease adds to a period of growth for the community. In December, Hankin Group announced that CADY Studios, a national high school and senior photography company, would locate at 411 Eagleview Boulevard.

CCRES was represented in the transaction by John Morrissey of Jackson Cross Partners. Hankin Group was represented internally by Sherrill.
