Vishay to Showcase AI and EV Power Solutions at PCIM Asia 2025

MALVERN, PAVishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) will present its latest semiconductor and passive component technologies at PCIM Asia 2025 in Shanghai, highlighting solutions for artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure and next-generation electric vehicles (EVs). The company will exhibit at Booth N5, C48 from September 24–26.

Vishay’s AI-focused portfolio includes power MOSFETs with ultra-low on-resistance for efficient thermal management, microBUCK® regulators with input ranges of 4.5 V to 60 V, 50 A VRPower® integrated power stages, SiC diodes, transient voltage suppressors, surface-mount rectifiers, shielded inductors, polymer tantalum chip capacitors, thin film resistors capable of operating up to 70 GHz, and high power density Power Metal Strip® resistors. Together, these technologies support data-intensive applications such as server power supplies, DC/DC converters, power delivery units, and optical modules.

For EVs, Vishay will display reference designs for active discharge circuits, bidirectional converters, intelligent battery shunts, compact power distribution systems, and eFuse protection. Automotive-grade solutions on exhibit include proximity and gesture optical sensors, Ethernet ESD protection diodes, MOSFETs for 400 V and 800 V systems, low-profile inductors, polymer tantalum capacitors, DC-Link film capacitors, and EMI suppression safety capacitors engineered for harsh environments.
