Vishay Sets December Dividend as Global Components Demand Stays Strong

MALVERN, PAVishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on its common and Class B common stock, the company announced, with payment scheduled for Dec. 12, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 3.

The company said future dividends will remain subject to board approval.

Vishay manufactures one of the industry’s broadest portfolios of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components used across automotive, industrial, consumer, computing, telecommunications, aerospace, military and medical markets worldwide.
