MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock and Class B common stock.
The dividend will be paid on March 26, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2026, the company said in a release.
Vishay noted that future dividends will remain subject to board approval.
Vishay Intertechnology manufactures discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components used across automotive, industrial, computing, telecommunications and other markets.
The company is headquartered in Malvern and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker VSH.
