MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announced that its Vishay Ametherm SL2220007 bigAMP inrush current limiting negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor has earned UL certification, confirming compliance with rigorous safety and performance standards.
The certification, issued by UL Solutions under File E209153, Volume 1, strengthens customer confidence in the SL2220007’s reliability for demanding power applications.

It delivers a steady-state current of 7 A, manages up to 125 J of energy, and withstands 265 VRMS of voltage, while maintaining low power loss and long-term performance.
