STP Links Investor Onboarding to BluePrint, Cutting Friction for Fund Managers

WEST CHESTER, PA — STP Investment Services said it has integrated Passthrough, an investor onboarding and subscription automation platform, directly into its BluePrint system, a move aimed at reducing manual processes and improving data flow across fund administration operations.

The integration connects digital investor subscription workflows to BluePrint’s middle- and back-office platform, allowing fund managers to move investors from onboarding to servicing without leaving the system. STP said the change eliminates duplicate data entry and manual reconciliation, improving accuracy and speeding the onboarding of limited partners.

Data captured through Passthrough’s digital workflows now feeds directly into BluePrint, creating what STP described as a unified data pipeline across onboarding, administration, and investor servicing.

“From a technology standpoint, this integration represents a major step forward in connecting investor onboarding with downstream fund administration processes,” said David Goldstein, director of product for fund services at STP Investment Services. He said the tighter integration reduces manual touchpoints and supports greater scalability for clients.

STP said the enhancement also improves visibility for investor servicing teams by providing clearer insight into each stage of the onboarding process for both general partners and limited partners.

“This is a big win for our clients,” said Brandon Wolfe, assistant vice president of investor services at STP Investment Services. He said the integration shortens onboarding timelines, reduces back-and-forth between parties, and delivers a more transparent experience for investors.

STP said the update reflects continued investment in its cloud-native BluePrint platform as fund managers seek more efficient, connected solutions to support growing investor bases and increasingly complex fund structures.
