WEST CHESTER, PA — GermGuardian, a brand of Guardian Technologies, announced that its AirSafe+™ XL Intelligent Air Purifier (AC3200) was named a winner in Good Housekeeping’s 2026 Cleaning Awards.
The company said the product was recognized as part of the publication’s annual awards program. The full list of winners is available at goodhousekeeping.com/cleaningawards2026.
According to the release, the AirSafe+ XL is designed for larger living spaces and features a 360-degree True Genuine HEPA PURE filter that the company says captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.1 microns, including smoke, dust, pollen and pet dander.
The unit also includes a fabric pre-filter for larger particles, an activated carbon filter intended to reduce odors and a Zero Ozone-certified UV-C light that, according to the company, reduces airborne allergens, germs, bacteria and mold spores. The product was tested against Staphylococcus Albus, Escherichia Coli, Aspergillus Niger and Phi-X174, the release said.
An integrated Intellisense™ air quality indicator monitors indoor air quality and automatically adjusts fan speed based on conditions, the company said. The purifier includes 10 adjustable speed settings and a display panel that allows users to modify airflow and noise levels.
“Recognition from Good Housekeeping is a meaningful milestone for our team,” said Rukky Ojakovo, business unit director for Guardian Technologies at Lasko. She said the product is designed and engineered in the United States and uses replaceable filters to help consumers maintain performance over time.
GermGuardian said it has focused on indoor air quality products since 2005. The company said its air purifiers are CARB Certified, ETL Certified and Zero Ozone Verified.
The AirSafe+™ XL is available on Amazon with a retail price of $229.99, according to the release.
