WEST CHESTER, PA — Centinel Spine has recorded its strongest quarterly performance to date, reporting $32.6 million in worldwide prodisc revenue for the second quarter of 2025. That marks a 47% increase compared to the same period last year.
The prodisc product line, deployed for both cervical and lumbar spine treatments, achieved record-breaking figures across the board. Cervical prodisc revenue reached $19.2 million—up 32% year-over-year—while lumbar prodisc revenue jumped 78% to $13.4 million.
Domestic sales led growth with U.S. prodisc revenue hitting over $27 million, a 55% rise from the prior year. International revenue also expanded, climbing 20% to $5.6 million.
Centinel Spine continues to build its surgical base. The company now reports nearly 850 U.S. clinicians using its technology—a 43% increase over last year. To date, more than 13,000 prodisc procedures have been performed in the U.S. since the Match‑the‑Disc cervical system’s limited release in late 2022.
Operationally, the company has recorded its ninth consecutive adjusted EBITDA‑positive quarter, with three straight quarters of double-digit margin. Gross revenue for the first half of 2025 exceeded $60 million, a 40% climb compared to the same period a year earlier.
CEO Steve Murray emphasized that strong financial results complement the company’s clinical milestones. He noted that Centinel Spine is reaching new revenue heights while maintaining disciplined financial performance amid rapid growth.
Centinel Spine has positioned itself as a pioneer in motion-preserving spinal solutions. Its prodisc platform, backed by over 540 clinical studies and more than 275,000 implants globally, remains the most researched TDR system in the market.
