Argosy Healthcare Partners Invests in O.R. Staffing Solutions to Drive National Expansion

Argosy Healthcare Partners

WAYNE, PA and CHICAGO, ILArgosy Healthcare Partners (AHP) has announced a recapitalization and strategic partnership with O.R. Staffing Solutions (ORSS), a Chicago-based provider of operating room workforce solutions for acute care hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).

Founded in 2015 by Farah Rajwany, ORSS supplies highly specialized talent — including certified surgical technologists, operating room and PACU registered nurses, sterile processing technicians, and radiology technicians — to healthcare facilities across the Chicagoland area. The company’s clinician-led model, built by former surgical and perioperative professionals, is designed to address the nuanced demands of surgical environments.

“We don’t just fill roles—we understand the flow of a case, the importance of trust among the surgical team, and the stakes of every procedure,” said Rajwany. “Because our team has been in those rooms, we know what’s needed—and we deeply care about the success of both our clinicians and our client partners.”

That hands-on expertise has helped ORSS develop a reputation for high service quality, reliable placements, and effective matching of clinicians to surgical teams. With Argosy’s backing, the company plans to expand beyond its current regional footprint and increase its presence in the growing ASC market, where demand for skilled, cost-efficient staffing is rising.

“We have shown our model works in one of the most demanding markets in the country,” Rajwany said. “Now, with Argosy’s partnership, we are excited about the opportunity to expand our reach and accelerate growth—especially in the ASC segment, where demand for high-quality, cost-effective staffing solutions is increasing.”

Paul Barrett, Managing Partner at AHP, said the investment aligns with the firm’s strategy of partnering with companies operating in niche, high-growth healthcare segments. “We believe ORSS represents the type of company we look to partner with — operating in a growing, niche market, with domain experience, and exciting growth opportunities,” Barrett said.

With the new capital infusion, ORSS aims to replicate its operating-room-focused staffing model in additional markets nationwide while continuing to serve as a trusted partner for hospitals and ASCs navigating labor shortages and fluctuating surgical volumes.

O.R. Staffing Solutions was advised by investment bank Provident Healthcare Partners in the transaction.
