WAYNE, PAPPR Capital Management has appointed Heather Crowell as chief marketing officer, bringing a seasoned real estate and investor relations executive into a key leadership role as the firm pursues long-term expansion and a more diversified investment platform.

Crowell, a 20-year commercial real estate veteran, will oversee marketing strategy, brand positioning, and investor communications. PPR said her mandate includes elevating the firm’s visibility, strengthening engagement with accredited and institutional investors, and supporting the company’s ongoing multi-year strategy to broaden its investment capabilities.

Crowell most recently served as an executive vice president at Gregory, where she advised both public and private companies on transformational initiatives and advanced investor engagement programs. Earlier in her career, she held an executive vice president role at PREIT, leading nationally recognized marketing efforts and managing the rollout of major real estate developments.
