WAYNE, PA — Diverse Logistics, a portfolio company of Argosy Private Equity, has announced its acquisition of Massiano Logistics, marking the second strategic acquisition since Argosy’s initial investment in May 2023. The move enhances Diverse’s capabilities in the big and bulky final mile delivery space and bolsters its growing network of distribution facilities.
Massiano Logistics, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Orlando, Florida, specializes in white-glove delivery, warehousing, and distribution for heavy goods, with a particular focus on high-quality furniture. The company operates through a non-asset network of delivery teams and maintains facilities across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and New Jersey. Its client base includes third-party logistics providers (3PLs), furniture retailers, and designers.
