Connolly, a veteran attorney with more than 25 years of experience, has devoted his career to representing children with disabilities and their families. As Chief Operating Officer and Supervising Partner of MLO’s Special Education Department, he oversees a team focused on cases involving eligibility, placement, tuition reimbursement, discipline, discrimination, and related educational matters in both administrative and federal proceedings.
