KENNETT SQUARE, PA — LCH Health and Community Services has achieved a rare double distinction, successfully passing a rigorous federal review with zero findings while also earning a prestigious national quality accreditation that recognizes excellence in patient outcomes and access to care.

LCH announced it has completed a comprehensive Health Resources and Services Administration Operational Site Visit with no compliance issues identified, a result that places the community health center among the top-performing federally qualified health centers nationwide. The three-day review examined nearly 100 clinical, operational, and financial standards required by the federal government.

At the same time, LCH was awarded Health Outcomes Accreditation by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, a national recognition granted to organizations that demonstrate measurable success in improving health outcomes by addressing barriers such as language, housing, and transportation.

Ronan W. Gannon, chief executive officer of LCH Health and Community Services, said the results validate both the organization’s internal standards and its commitment to patients across Southern Chester County.

Achieving zero findings in a federal operational site visit is an extraordinary accomplishment, Gannon said, adding that it confirms patients can rely on LCH for high-quality, accountable, and continuously improving care.

The NCQA accreditation further distinguishes LCH for its data-driven approach to healthcare delivery, recognizing systems that not only provide care but actively work to eliminate disparities that prevent patients from achieving positive outcomes.

Together, the federal review and national accreditation highlight LCH’s operational integrity and clinical impact as a safety-net provider serving residents regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
