EXTON, PA — Hankin Group announced a $67 million expansion of Eagleview Landing, introducing 117 luxury independent living residences for adults 62 and older. The new development, expected to open in November 2026, builds on the community’s first phase of 107 assisted living and memory care residences.
“Eagleview Landing represents our commitment to providing exceptional senior living options that prioritize resident health, wellbeing, and happiness,” said Michael Hankin, COO of Hankin Group. “With fantastic amenities and easy access to countless shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities at Eagleview Town Center, we’re confident older adults will thrive in their new homes.”
The new residences will include premium amenities such as a wellness center with a fitness facility, indoor pool and spa, theater, game rooms, and a golf simulator. Additional features include tailored dining, garage parking, landscaped courtyards, and walking trails.
Eagleview Landing is part of the 800-acre Eagleview master planned community, which integrates more than 1,000 residences with 2.5 million square feet of office and life science space and 50,000 square feet of retail. The design emphasizes connectivity through sidewalks, jogging paths, and greenways.
The expansion is positioned to meet rising demand from Chester County’s aging population, offering independent living alongside personal care, memory care, and hospice coordination.
In a broader push to expand its residential footprint, Hankin Group also recently announced the addition of a 24-residence manor house-style building at Keva Flats, another luxury community in Exton.
