WAYNE, PA — The Hampton Inn & Suites Maui North Shore, developed in part by Argosy Real Estate Partners, was named 2025 Development of the Year in the Select/Limited-Service category at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit, the company announced.
The award was presented by the Americas Lodging Investment Summit at its 25th annual conference in Los Angeles in late January.
The hotel was developed through a partnership involving Argosy Real Estate Partners, Peachtree Group and Blackridge Group.
Located in Kahului on the island of Maui, the 136-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton opened April 25, 2025.
The property is the first newly constructed hotel on Maui’s North Shore since 2012, according to the company.
Springboard Hospitality manages the hotel.
Argosy Real Estate Partners Co-CEO and Managing Partner David Butler said the project required coordination among multiple development partners.
“Being part of the team that brought this transformational project to the North Shore of Maui has been deeply rewarding,” Butler said.
“This recognition reflects the collaborative effort among the members of our partnership,” he said.
