CHESTERBROOK, PA — Vishay Precision Group Inc. (NYSE: VPG) reported fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results, posting higher quarterly revenue but lower annual earnings compared with the prior year.
For the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, revenue totaled $80.6 million, up 10.9% from the same period in 2024.
Gross profit margin for the quarter was 36.8%, compared with 38.2% a year earlier. Operating margin improved to 1.3% from 0.3% in the prior-year quarter.
The company reported a net loss attributable to stockholders of $1.9 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, compared with net income of $0.8 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.07, compared with $0.03 a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was $6.0 million, representing a margin of 7.5%.
Cash from operating activities totaled $4.4 million in the quarter, and adjusted free cash flow was $1.3 million.
For the full year ended December 31, 2025, revenue was $307.2 million, a 0.2% increase year over year.
Net earnings attributable to stockholders were $5.3 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, compared with $9.9 million, or $0.74 per diluted share, in 2024.
Gross profit margin for the year declined to 38.9% from 41.0% in the prior year, and operating margin fell to 4.5% from 5.5%.
Adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.49, down from $0.95 in 2024. Adjusted EBITDA for the year was $28.2 million, with a margin of 9.2%.
In the fourth quarter, Sensors segment revenue rose 18.0% year over year to $30.4 million. Weighing Solutions revenue increased 7.8% to $27.7 million, while Measurement Systems revenue grew 6.0% to $22.4 million.
Chief Executive Officer Ziv Shoshani said orders in the quarter totaled $81.3 million, resulting in a book-to-bill ratio of 1.01. He said orders related to growth initiatives reached $37.8 million for the year.
For the first quarter of 2026, the company expects net revenue in the range of $74 million to $80 million, assuming constant exchange rates compared with the fourth quarter of 2025.
