EXTON, PA — Red Rover announced a strategic partnership with Verifent to integrate employment verification software into its human capital management platform for K-12 school districts, aiming to streamline hiring and onboarding processes.
The companies said the integration will allow school administrators to manage recruitment, employment verification, onboarding and classroom placement within a single system.
Red Rover provides workforce management software for K-12 districts, while Verifent specializes in employment and income verification tools. The companies said the partnership is intended to address delays tied to manual or fragmented verification processes.
According to the release, the integration enables automated employment checks, standardized verification responses and workflow continuity within one platform. The companies said the system is designed to support varying requirements for teachers and substitute staff.
Red Rover cited ongoing teacher shortages and compliance demands as factors driving the need for more efficient hiring processes in school districts.
Dani O’Shaughnessy, co-founder and chief executive officer of Red Rover, said employment verification requirements can delay recruitment of qualified educators and that the integrated platform is designed to accelerate hiring.
Lance Dillard, co-founder and chief executive officer of Verifent, said the partnership is intended to help districts manage compliance requirements more efficiently in a competitive hiring environment.
The companies said they will host a live webinar on February 18 to demonstrate the integration. Registration information is available at https://www.redroverk12.com/verifent-red-rover-feb-2026-webinar.
Red Rover is headquartered in Exton.
