VALLEY FORGE, PA — UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) has appointed Sidd Manjeshwar as Chief Strategy Officer, adding a seasoned finance and corporate strategy executive to its leadership team as the energy company sharpens its focus on long-term growth and enterprise transformation.
In the newly created role, Manjeshwar will be responsible for shaping and executing UGI’s enterprise vision and strategy, overseeing key strategic initiatives and evaluating growth opportunities across the company’s portfolio.
Robert Flexon, President and Chief Executive Officer of UGI Corporation, said the appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company.

Manjeshwar brings more than 25 years of experience spanning investment banking and corporate leadership. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AdvanSix, where he oversaw global responsibilities including controllership, treasury, investor relations, procurement, internal audit, commercial finance, tax, and financial planning and analysis.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., serving as Vice President, Corporate Treasurer and Investor Relations, and at FirstLight Power as Chief Financial Officer. He also worked at Dynegy Inc. as Vice President of Corporate Finance and M&A and Treasurer, and began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers.

Manjeshwar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, a Master of Science in Computer Science from James Madison University, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
