WAYNE, PA — Rosenberg & Parker has named Michael R. Bogansky as its incoming chief financial officer, signaling a leadership transition as the specialty surety brokerage continues its expansion.
Bogansky will succeed Cindy Walsh, who is set to retire later this year after more than a decade with the firm. Walsh will remain in place during the transition period to support continuity in financial leadership, the company said.
Bogansky joins Rosenberg & Parker following senior financial leadership roles in both public and private companies, most recently serving as chief financial officer at Marlin Capital Solutions and Cartiga. His background includes experience in financial architecture, enterprise risk management implementation, process modernization, and strategic operational planning.
Company President Jack Rosenberg said the appointment comes at a moment of sustained growth as clients increasingly seek surety as a capital solution.
“R&P continues to experience exceptional growth as our clients and prospects recognize the value of working with an advisor that uses surety as a capital solution to create differentiated outcomes relative to our competitors,” Rosenberg said, adding that Bogansky’s experience and operational discipline will help guide the firm’s next phase.
Bogansky said he is joining the firm at a pivotal point in its development and cited Rosenberg & Parker’s reputation within the surety market as a key factor in his decision.
“The firm has a longstanding tradition of excellence that has earned it an exceptional reputation in the surety market,” he said. “I look forward to partnering with Jack and the broader leadership team to continue scaling the organization and building on that success through disciplined, profitable expansion.”
Rosenberg & Parker said Bogansky’s track record as a disciplined financial operator and builder of rigorous financial systems is expected to strengthen the firm as it expands its global client base and delivers tailored surety solutions.
