WAYNE, PA & CHICAGO, IL — O.R. Staffing Solutions (ORSS), a portfolio company of Argosy Healthcare Partners, has named Brent Bormaster as its new CEO, signaling a major step in the company’s push for national growth. The announcement comes alongside the addition of Mark Smith as Executive Chairman and Jerick Henley as Director to the ORSS Board.
The three executives, along with Argosy Healthcare Partners Managing Partner Paul Barrett, previously worked together in scaling and exiting American Health Staffing Group (AHSG). ORSS specializes in providing operating room workforce solutions to acute care hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
Bormaster brings extensive industry experience, having most recently served as President of AHS Staffing, a division of AHSG, where he managed its nationwide nurse and allied health business. Before that, he spent 18 years at AMN Healthcare, overseeing its hospitalist and emergency medicine divisions as Divisional Vice President.
Smith and Henley, both seasoned healthcare staffing leaders, co-founded AHS Staffing and led it through two successful private equity exits. Their return to the leadership table at ORSS is expected to bolster the company’s strategic direction.
