iPipeline Names Holly McGiboney Chief Human Resources Officer to Lead Talent Strategy

WAYNE, PAiPipeline has appointed Holly McGiboney as Chief Human Resources Officer, tasking her with advancing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce development as the insurtech firm continues its expansion.

McGiboney will join the executive leadership team and report directly to CEO Pat O’Donnell. She will oversee strategy for iPipeline’s 950 employees, with a focus on aligning human resources initiatives to the company’s broader business objectives.

McGiboney arrives from Ministry Brands, where she was executive vice president of human resources. In that role, she led large-scale organizational transformation and supported rapid growth in a 700-person workforce. Her 28-year career also includes leadership positions at fintech and technology companies such as Vesta, DEKRA, FLEETCOR Technologies, and Newport Group. She holds a master’s degree in human resources from Rollins College and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Gettysburg College.

McGiboney succeeds departing Chief People Officer Diane Rowell, with whom she worked to ensure a smooth transition.
