WAYNE, PA — iPipeline announced the appointment of Loren Brockhouse as chief revenue officer and Mike James as executive vice president of professional services as part of changes to its executive leadership team.
Both executives will report to iPipeline Chief Executive Officer Pat O’Donnell, the company said.
Brockhouse will lead the company’s North American go-to-market strategy, including sales, marketing and revenue operations, and will oversee customer experience functions such as support and customer success.
He previously held revenue leadership roles at technology companies including BigHand, Vanco and Businessolver.
Brockhouse said he plans to focus on helping customers adopt digital solutions and supporting company growth.
“I’m excited to partner with the teams at iPipeline to help our customers succeed while driving business growth,” Brockhouse said.
James will oversee iPipeline’s professional services organization, including consulting, software implementation and managed services.
He previously held executive leadership roles at companies including WellSky, Hyland, Lexmark and Amdocs.
James said the role will focus on improving service delivery and operational performance.
“There is a tremendous opportunity to build scalable delivery models that enhance customer outcomes, strengthen margins and support the company’s long-term growth strategy,” he said.
The company also appointed Alex Tompkins as vice president of product management, responsible for its life and wealth product lines.
In the United Kingdom, Ben Grant will lead iPipeline’s go-to-market functions, including sales, marketing and customer success.
iPipeline provides digital platforms and software used by life insurance and financial services companies to manage processes ranging from quoting and applications to policy administration and commissions.
The company operates as a business unit of Roper Technologies (Nasdaq: ROP).
