BERWYN, PA — Envestnet has appointed Sue Quackenbush as Chief People Officer (CPO), effective July 14, in a move that underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its workforce and scaling its culture as it continues to expand in the wealth technology sector.
In her new role, Quackenbush will oversee Envestnet’s global people strategy, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement, cultivating a unified organizational culture, and aligning talent initiatives with the company’s growth objectives. The appointment positions Envestnet to further establish itself as a top workplace in the increasingly competitive wealthtech industry.
Quackenbush brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience in talent strategy, cultural transformation, and integrating acquisitions. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Dynatrace, where she led a 250-member People & Culture team supporting over 5,200 employees worldwide. Prior to that, she held executive HR roles at Vonage and Presidio, where she launched inclusion programs, leadership development initiatives, and scalable career advancement frameworks.
Chris Todd, Chief Executive Officer of Envestnet, praised Quackenbush as a transformational leader who can effectively connect people strategies to a growth-focused culture.
