Envestnet Appoints Bhaskar Peddhapati as CTO to Lead AI-Driven Transformation

BERWYN, PAEnvestnet has named Bhaskar Peddhapati as its new Chief Technology Officer, tasking him with advancing the company’s technology strategy, accelerating its use of artificial intelligence, and driving long-term innovation across its wealth management platform.

Reporting directly to Chris Todd, Envestnet’s Chief Executive Officer, Peddhapati will oversee all aspects of technology, engineering, and information security. His appointment signals a renewed focus on integrating AI throughout the firm’s systems to enhance scalability, intelligence, and operational efficiency for advisors and institutional partners.

A veteran technology executive with more than 25 years of experience, Peddhapati has led global teams of over 2,500 engineers and product professionals across the fintech, data analytics, and AI sectors.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Mortgage Technology Solutions at Cotality (formerly CoreLogic), where he led modernization initiatives and advanced AI adoption across property data and analytics platforms. He also spent over a decade at NielsenIQ, where he helped build global market intelligence systems used by major consumer brands and retailers. Earlier in his career, Peddhapati held leadership roles at Wells Fargo, helping expand access to digital wealth solutions.
