WAYNE, PA — Rosenberg & Parker is making a high-voltage move in the energy finance world, bringing on longtime capital-markets executive Brad Williams as vice president of its growing Energy Practice.
Williams arrives with nearly 25 years of experience advising traditional and clean-energy companies, adding heavyweight dealmaking credentials to the Wayne-based firm as it deepens its push into power, infrastructure and energy finance.
He spent 21 years at Capital One Securities building a foundation in equity capital markets before most recently serving as managing director of Energy & Power at Janney Montgomery Scott, where he advised public and private companies and private-equity sponsors on financing, strategy and complex capital structures.
Rosenberg & Parker said Williams’ background aligns directly with its strategy of pairing sophisticated financial advisory with surety solutions designed to free up capital and support large-scale projects.
“Brad embodies the model we are building: hire talented individuals that are curious, resourceful and relentlessly determined and give them the freedom to add value to our clients through the strategic deployment of surety,” said James DiSciullo, partner, energy practice leader and head of advisory and production at R&P. “Brad brings an incredible network built over two decades of working in the energy industry; we are thrilled to have Brad Williams joining the Energy Practice at R&P and excited for our clients to experience his impact.”
Williams said his move to Rosenberg & Parker marks a natural evolution of his work with energy investors and management teams.
“Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with leading investors and senior management teams across the energy and power sectors,” he said. “I’m excited to now bring innovative surety solutions to many of them — helping optimize balance sheets and support growth in this dynamic industry. I’ve also gotten to know the Rosenberg & Parker team over the past five years and have been consistently impressed by their expertise, success in the energy space, and relentless hustle.”
The firm said Williams’ combination of capital-markets expertise, industry relationships and strategic advisory experience will strengthen its Energy Practice as it expands its global client base and tailors financial and surety solutions to power producers, infrastructure developers and energy-focused investors.
