WAYNE, PA & ORLANDO, FL — Connect Life Sciences (CLS), a portfolio company of Argosy Healthcare Partners (AHP), has appointed Scott Dalton as Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant step in the company’s strategy to expand its workforce solutions across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.
Dalton brings two decades of recruitment experience in life sciences, most recently as Principal, Life Sciences, at Green Key Resources. There, he helped establish and scale the firm’s life sciences practice, with expertise spanning Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Biometrics, and Data Management. Under his leadership, we believe CLS will accelerate its growth while continuing to deliver tailored, high-quality workforce solutions to our clients.”
Dalton emphasized the company’s role in navigating an evolving industry. “Life sciences companies are facing greater complexity across clinical development, regulatory pathways, and manufacturing,” he said. “Connecting expertise with execution, we’re uniquely positioned to meet these challenges with scalable, specialized workforce solutions. I look forward to expanding our FSP capabilities and building the premier talent platform in the industry.”
As part of the leadership transition, Co-Founder Jim Owens will assume the role of President. Owens will continue to focus on client solutions and strategic partnerships to ensure CLS remains at the forefront of innovation in life sciences staffing.
The leadership changes underscore CLS’s push to strengthen its delivery model and broaden its capabilities as workforce demands in the life sciences sector intensify.
