EXTON, PA — Citadel Credit Union has appointed Bonnie Levitt as senior vice president and chief human resources officer to lead its workforce strategy as the organization expands following a recent charter conversion, the company announced.
Levitt will oversee talent development, succession planning, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement across the organization, according to the announcement.
“Bonnie is a proven and principled leader who understands that a strong culture is the foundation of strong performance,” said Bill Brown, president and CEO of Citadel Credit Union.
Levitt joins Citadel from U.S. Bank, where she worked as a senior talent consultant supporting asset management and commercial banking operations, advising executives on compensation, talent planning, and organizational strategy.
“I’m honored to join Citadel at such an… moment in its journey,” Levitt said, adding that she plans to support workforce development and organizational culture.
Levitt has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University, according to the company.
She succeeds Mike Alieo, who is retiring after more than four years with the organization, the company said.
