MALVERN, PA — Balfour Beatty Communities has announced the appointment of Charles E. (Chuck) Parker as Interim President, taking over leadership of the company’s Military Housing business effective August 8, 2025. Parker steps into the role following the planned departure of current President Chris Williams, who is stepping down after a distinguished 35-year career with the company.
Parker, who currently serves as Executive Vice President, brings more than three decades of experience in residential housing and social infrastructure. In his role, he has been responsible for community and facilities management across Balfour Beatty’s military housing portfolio, a critical component of the company’s operations supporting service members and their families nationwide.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a former U.S. Army officer, Parker has a strong background in property development and management, further positioning him to ensure operational continuity during this transition period.
