WEST CHESTER, PAArchimedic has appointed Aaron Pavkov as Chief Innovation Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands efforts to bring cutting-edge medical technologies to market.

In his new role, Pavkov will guide Archimedic’s strategy to transform novel technologies into commercially viable products that address critical gaps in patient care. He will serve alongside CEO M. Alexander Shaw, Ph.D., forming the company’s executive team.

Pavkov brings decades of experience in product design and development, with a career marked by patents, industry awards, and successful product launches. He earned both a mechanical engineering degree and a master’s in product development from Carnegie Mellon University, and has led large, multidisciplinary teams throughout his career. His work spans industries and markets, from robotic devices for infants at 4moms to integrated healthcare solutions at Medical Guardian.
