BERWYN, PA — Envestnet recent named PIMCO as its 2026 Manager of the Year during its Asset Manager of the Year Awards ceremony held at the Envestnet Engage: Manager Forum in Charleston, South Carolina, the company announced.
PIMCO also received awards in two individual categories, according to Envestnet, which said the annual awards recognize asset managers based on performance during 2025.
The awards program, now in its 22nd year, evaluates portfolio managers across a range of investment strategies available to financial advisors within Envestnet’s platform.
Nominees are selected from mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, model portfolios, and separately managed accounts that are covered by Envestnet’s research and due diligence team.
“We congratulate PIMCO, this year’s Manager of the Year, and all category winners and finalists,” said Dana D’Auria, co-chief investment officer and group president of Envestnet Solutions.
Category winners included Fidelity Target Allocation model portfolios and PIMCO Taxable Income portfolios in multi-asset strategies, and Franklin Dynamic Municipal Bond ETF and PIMCO Income Fund in fixed income.
Additional winners included Wakefield Large Cap Equity SMA for U.S. large-cap equities, Eastern Shore Small Cap Equity SMA for small- and mid-cap equities, and Causeway Global Value Equity SMA for international and global equities.
Nuveen Core Impact Bond Fund was recognized in sustainable strategies, while Capital Wealth Enhanced Dividend Income SMA and Lazard Global Listed Infrastructure Fund were named winners in the specialty category.
Envestnet provides wealth management technology and services to financial advisors and reported $7.0 trillion in platform assets.
