Beyond his professional achievements, Rineer is deeply committed to community service, supporting organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, JAG-Kansas, Junior Achievement, and serving on the board of “Back on My Feet.” He has also appeared on major media outlets—including Fox, Telemundo, and Univision—representing AT&T and advocating for industry advancements. NaLA also took the opportunity to express its gratitude to Stephen Klein, outgoing board member and CEO of SafetyNet Wireless, for his 13 years of dedicated service. Under Klein’s leadership, NaLA has made significant progress in expanding access to communication services for underserved communities.

“Stephen Klein has been a pillar of this organization,” Dorwart added. “His commitment to advancing NaLA’s vision was unwavering, and his contributions over the past 13 years have left an indelible impact. On behalf of the Board, we extend our heartfelt thanks and best wishes for his continued success with SafetyNet Wireless.”

Rineer joins a board that includes Dorwart; David Avilla of TracFone; Chuck Campbell of CGM Solutions; Jose Cortes of TSB, Inc. and Easy Wireless; Danielle Perry of TruConnect; and Calen Schultz of Community Outreach Partnerships.
