Chester County Law Firm Welcomes Litigator With Deep Appellate Experience

WEST CHESTER, PAUnruh Turner Burke & Frees announced that attorney Jeremy E. Grivensky has joined the firm, bringing with him a broad portfolio of commercial litigation, appellate work, and complex civil dispute experience across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Grivensky, who will work from the firm’s West Chester office, focuses his practice on commercial litigation, construction disputes, appeals, creditor’s rights, and labor and employment matters. He has represented both businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, earning a reputation for detailed preparation and strategic case management from opening pleadings through appeal.

Before joining the firm, Grivensky practiced at a prominent Chester County litigation firm, concentrating on civil and commercial disputes. His work has earned multiple professional recognitions, including listings in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation and Appellate Practice, Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Business Litigation, and Top Lawyers honors from Main Line Today and the Daily Local News.

A magna cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, Grivensky was a Beasley Scholar and served on the Temple Law Review’s Editorial Board. His academic distinctions include Federal Judicial Clerkship Honors, membership in the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society, and multiple Distinguished Class Performance Awards. He also completed both Temple’s Integrated Trial Advocacy and Advanced Civil Trial Advocacy programs.

Before entering the legal field, Grivensky earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and History from Temple University and taught in the Philadelphia School District and later in Northeast Pennsylvania. Outside his legal career, he has been active as a youth soccer coach and referee with the Fairmount Soccer Association and is a proud Eagle Scout.

Grivensky is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also serves in leadership within the Chester County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division, where he was recently elected Secretary/Treasurer.
