MALVERN, PA — Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation successfully hosted its 2025 Swing 4 Scholarships golf tournament, raising over $600,000 to support scholarships for residents pursuing postsecondary education. This annual event, a centerpiece of the Foundation’s efforts, is a testament to its dedication to empowering community members through education.
“Our Foundation is deeply committed to giving back to the communities we call home,” said Chris Williams, President of the Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation. “With the generosity of our sponsors, we’re proud to be able to support the dreams and ambitions of our deserving residents.”
Since its inception in 2008, the Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation has awarded nearly $2 million in scholarships and outreach initiatives, continually advancing its mission of supporting community development.
The 2025 Swing 4 Scholarships tournament would not have been possible without the contributions of its sponsors, including notable names such as ApexOne Investment Partners, Lowe’s Pro Supply, Sherwin Williams, Yardi, and many others. Their support played a crucial role in the event’s success, reinforcing collective efforts to make higher education more accessible for residents.
This year’s Swing 4 Scholarships fundraiser was held May 12–14, 2025, at the Silverado Resort in Napa, California. Details for the 2026 event, including dates and location, will be available soon on the Foundation’s website at bbcommunitiesfoundation.org.
This milestone reinforces the Foundation’s unwavering commitment to fostering educational opportunities while building a stronger sense of community for the families it serves.
