The Northbrook Canoe Challenge Benefiting Cerebral Palsy Association of Chester County

Paddle down the scenic Brandywine River in Chester County for a great cause!

The canoe challenge is 9.5 miles long and takes about 2 hours to complete.

The day begins with a shuttle from Northbrook Canoe Company in West Chester to Mortonville. The race starts at noon (BUT YOU NEED TO CHECK IN BY 10:30 at the latest), and ends at Northbrook.  STAY FOR THE AWARDS CEREMONY for fun, prizes, food, games and a party atmosphere (BYOB)!

We have Ducks too!

Duck Race will take place at 10am SATURDAY, MAY 3rd. on the Brandywine River at the Northbrook Canoe Company, in West Chester, before the canoe challenge.

Prizes are:

  • 1st Prize $500
  • 2nd Prize ”Canoe & Dine” certificate from NBCC
  • 3rd Prize restaurant gift card

Ducks can be purchased separately! Select “Purchase Ducks Only” on the registration page.

Proceeds benefit the Cerebral Palsy Association of Chester County.

Over the years, these funds have been used to help adults and children with physical disabilities in our community. The race is open to all skill levels.

Families are encouraged to participate.
