MALVERN, PA — America’s Favorite Quiz Show is trading living rooms for bar stools as Jeopardy! comes to life at Bomba ¡Tacos + Tequila! with weekly, live trivia tournaments designed to test wits, teamwork, and nerves — all fueled by tacos and tequila.
Bomba announced it will host Jeopardy! Bar League competitions from 7 to 9 p.m. every Thursday, beginning January 15, 2026, at its Malvern location, with the Newtown restaurant joining the lineup on January 22. The events invite teams to compete using official Jeopardy! content, including real clues from the show’s writers, Daily Doubles, leaderboards, and weekly prizes.
The format blends the prestige of the long-running television quiz show with the casual energy of a neighborhood trivia night, offering fans a competitive, team-based experience in a social setting. Organizers say the league is designed for serious trivia enthusiasts as well as groups looking for a lively night out.
“No more shouting at your TV,” said Barry Gutin, co-owner of Bomba ¡Tacos + Tequila!. “With Jeopardy! Bar League you get a thrilling, team-based experience. Gather your smartest (or most entertaining) friends, form your team, and head to Bomba ¡Tacos + Tequila! for an evening of tequila-fueled trivia.”
Games begin promptly at 7 p.m., with Bomba encouraging participants to arrive early to take advantage of happy hour specials offered from 4 to 6 p.m. Weekly winners will take home prizes, including $25 GuestCounts Hospitality gift cards redeemable at Bomba, Cuba Libre, and Paladar Latin Kitchen.
The Jeopardy! Bar League is billed as a new way to experience the iconic quiz show, bringing its familiar structure and competitive edge into a live, communal environment. For fans who crave fast-paced questions, strategic wagering, and bragging rights, organizers say the league offers a chance to step inside the game rather than just watch it.
The weekly tournaments will run Thursdays at Bomba ¡Tacos + Tequila! in Malvern starting January 15, 2026, and in Newtown beginning January 22.
