WEST CHESTER, PA — West Chester University will welcome alumni, students, families, and friends to campus for its 2025 Homecoming and Family Weekend, running Friday, October 3, through Sunday, October 5.
The celebration begins Friday with the Alumni & Foundation Kickoff Party at 5:30 p.m., featuring live music, food, drinks, and giveaways. That evening also includes the Borough of West Chester’s Fall Gallery Walk and a comedy performance by Chris Distefano at Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall.
Saturday’s schedule features the Homecoming Block Party, family portraits at the Ram Statue, and a pre-game tailgate with live music, food trucks, and family-friendly activities. The centerpiece of the weekend is the football game against East Stroudsburg, kicking off at 2 p.m. at Farrell Stadium. Women’s soccer faces Shepherd University earlier in the day, and evening events include a student dining hall gathering, theatre and dance showcase, and Playlist Bingo.
The weekend concludes Sunday with campus store discounts and breakfast, a Hillel Bagel Brunch, and a free concert by the WCU Wind Ensemble and Wind Symphony at Asplundh Concert Hall.
Parking for Saturday events will be available on South Campus for $10 per car.
