Located at 901 S. Media Line Road, Media, PA, the camps offer flexible schedules, with full-day options for an additional fee. Participants are required to bring their own lunches. Delaware County Council’s Delco Strong Summer Camp Solution offers unemployed caregivers up to $1,000 in credits toward camp fees, helping bridge the gap for those seeking childcare while managing job searches. Applications for these scholarships can be accessed through PA CareerLink’s Summer Camp Solution program.
Additionally, the Delaware County Workforce Development Board provides funding for middle schoolers to participate in camps that focus on Pennsylvania’s High Priority Occupations, enabling students to explore potential career paths in fields like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and construction.
