DOWNINGTOWN, PA — The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) has announced the appointment of Dr. Sarah Yoder as the new Director of the Innovative Educational Services (IES) division, effective July 1, 2025. With her experience in educational leadership and commitment to advancing student-centered learning, Dr. Yoder is expected to drive innovation and excellence within the division.
Dr. Yoder’s extensive career encompasses roles as a superintendent for the Pottsville Area School District, a math and computer science educator, a high school principal, and an adjunct instructor for the Doctoral program at Gratz College. Her proven track record of advocating for students and leading innovative educational programs positioned her as an ideal candidate for the role.
