DOWNINGTOWN, PA — The Chester County Intermediate Unit has named Justin Webb as chief technology officer for its Technology Services division, with the appointment taking effect July 1, 2026.
The organization announced the hiring, citing Webb’s more than 25 years of experience managing technology services in both K-12 education and the private sector.
Webb previously served as director of technology for the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District and the Spring-Ford Area School District.
He said he plans to work with existing leadership and staff to support school districts across the region.
“I’m excited to join the Chester County Intermediate Unit and work alongside such a strong leadership and technology team,” Webb said.
The Technology Services division oversees technology infrastructure and services for the intermediate unit and Chester County school districts.
CCIU Executive Director Dr. George F. Fiore said Webb’s background includes both education and corporate experience.
“His unique combination of K-12 leadership experience and private sector insight positions him well to help the CCIU strengthen services for our school districts,” Fiore said.
The Chester County Intermediate Unit provides educational and operational services to public school districts across the county.
