CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — Magisterial District Judge Paige Simmons announced that she is seeking re-election for a second six-year term presiding over Magisterial District Court 15-2-07, which serves Uwchlan, Upper Uwchlan, West Pikeland, and East Caln Townships.

First elected in 2021, Judge Simmons proudly served as the entryway to the Pennsylvania court system for thousands of residents across our district. Magisterial district courts are where our community first interacts with the justice system. Over her first term, Judge Simmons has brought fairness and integrity to the everyday matters that affect families most, handling everything from traffic violations and small civil claims to landlord-tenant disputes and preliminary criminal hearings. She is running for a second term to continue providing accessible, respectful, and reliable justice for everyone in our community.

“Serving the residents of this district has been the honor of my professional life,” said Judge Simmons. “Every person who walks into our courtroom deserves to be heard, to understand the process, and to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of the outcome of their case. That is the standard I have held myself to every day of my first term, and it is the standard I ask voters to let me continue to uphold.”

Experience and Background

Before taking the bench, Judge Simmons built a long career as a civil litigation attorney. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, and California. She earned her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Master of Public Administration in Public Management and Administration from Johns Hopkins University. She graduated magna cum laude from Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration.
