LITITZ, PA — Cartamundi, the maker of Bicycle playing cards and other gaming brands, said its partnership with marketing technology provider Listrak has helped drive a 37% year-over-year increase in cross-channel e-commerce revenue as the company expands into new international markets.

The growth follows a broader expansion of Cartamundi’s e-commerce platform completed in May 2025, a move aimed at supporting sales across multiple countries while navigating varying regulatory requirements for digital marketing and customer communications.

The company said Listrak has provided infrastructure and compliance support as Cartamundi extends its online presence beyond existing markets.

The initiative also included a significant expansion of Cartamundi’s SMS marketing capabilities, allowing the company to coordinate customer outreach across email, text messaging and web channels.

According to the companies, the effort involved rebuilding SMS contact databases, refining customer segmentation and launching new customer re-engagement campaigns.

As a result, Cartamundi said it has expanded its addressable audience and improved coordination between marketing channels.

“With Listrak as our trusted growth advisor, we are able to manage the e-commerce complexities of multiple brands across numerous countries,” Natalie Monte-O’Hare, director of North American e-commerce entertainment at Cartamundi, said in a statement.

The partnership highlights the growing importance of direct-to-consumer digital channels for consumer brands seeking growth outside traditional retail distribution networks.

For Cartamundi, whose portfolio includes Bicycle, Bee and Grimaud playing cards, the expansion reflects broader efforts to strengthen customer relationships and generate revenue through owned digital platforms.

Ross Kramer, Listrak’s co-founder and chief executive officer, said the collaboration has focused on helping Cartamundi navigate regulatory requirements while expanding personalized marketing efforts across markets.

Cartamundi, a Belgium-based family-owned company with global operations, sells products in more than 185 countries. The company is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of playing cards, trading cards and board games.
