LANCASTER, PA — Keystone Custom Homes said it recently opened a new model home in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, showcasing its Devonshire Cottage floor plan in the Fallbrooke Farms community.
The company said the model highlights design features including a two-story family room, outdoor living space with a fireplace, and a first-floor guest suite.
Upstairs, the home includes an owner’s suite with a coffee bar and a bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, along with secondary bedrooms connected by a shared bath, the company said.
The partially finished basement includes a seating area and kitchenette-style features, according to Keystone.
“Great design doesn’t announce itself; it just works,” Ryan Brubaker, director of architecture and innovation, said, describing the layout and functionality of the home.
Keystone said Fallbrooke Farms, launched in summer 2024, is its first community in Lehigh County and is approaching 50 homeowners, with 15 homes completed.
The company said the development’s location near Allentown and Bethlehem and access to local schools have contributed to its growth.
“Fallbrooke Farms has a bit of everything,” onsite salesperson Kirk McGinley said, citing access to recreation and amenities in the area.
Keystone Custom Homes builds residential properties across Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, and South Carolina, according to the company.
