SOUTHAMPTON, PA — Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB: QNTO) said its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the company’s common stock on April 15, 2026.
The dividend is payable May 11 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 27.
Quaint Oak Bancorp is the holding company for Quaint Oak Bank, a Pennsylvania-chartered stock savings bank headquartered in Southampton.
The bank operates through three regional offices serving the Delaware Valley, Lehigh Valley, and Philadelphia markets.
Its subsidiaries include Quaint Oak Abstract, LLC; Quaint Oak Insurance Agency, LLC; Quaint Oak Mortgage, LLC; and Oakmont Commercial, LLC, a commercial real estate financing company.
