LANGHORNE, PA — NEXGEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXGL) has rescheduled its shareholder update conference call to April 23, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. ET, as it revises financing plans tied to a proposed transaction with Celularity Inc.
The company said it will no longer finance the potential Celularity transaction under a previously announced securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor and is negotiating a new financing structure with a different group of investors.
NEXGEL expects to provide additional details about the proposed Celularity transaction during the April 23 call.
