NEWARK, DE — Artesian Resources Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTNA) has released its 2025 annual report, detailing financial performance, infrastructure investments, and operational developments across its water and wastewater systems.

Artesian reported operating revenue of $112.94 million and net income of $22.82 million for 2025, continuing growth in earnings and dividends.
The company invested $58.8 million during the year in infrastructure improvements, including system upgrades, expanded storage capacity, and replacement of aging water mains to support reliability and water quality.
Artesian supplies approximately 9.3 billion gallons of water annually through 1,515 miles of water mains, serving more than a third of Delaware residents.
Operational highlights include a leak detection initiative that reduced water loss in monitored areas using acoustic sensors and real-time data analysis, as well as a regionalization project in Sussex County to connect previously separate systems and improve resiliency.
The company also completed a new interconnection with the Town of Elkton, Maryland, and a wastewater pump station project in Milton to enhance system integration and capacity.
Artesian continued efforts to address PFAS contamination, including installation of treatment systems and providing customer bill credits tied to litigation recoveries.
Artesian Resources operates as a holding company for regulated utilities providing water and wastewater services in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, along with related infrastructure and development services.
